Steve is responsible for both the Information Security and Data Privacy policies. Both of these enable the John Lewis Partnership (including Waitrose) to protect the personal data of our Customers and Partners, to be compliant with data protection laws and regulations, and to provide trust and transparency - resulting in greater brand experiences across our digital, mobile and ecommerce channels. Steve will be presenting the session ‘Data Leakage Prevention, The GDPR And International Data Security Regulations: Developing Compliance And Best-practice To Avoid Costly Mistakes’ on the 7th December.
