Decisioning Director, Sky
James Alexander has been Decisioning Director at Sky since January 2017, responsible for driving adoption of targeted communications & interactions with customers across the business – deploying targeting capability in voice and digital alongside building up Sky’s machine-led targeting intelligence. Prior to this role James spent three years as Strategy & Proposition Director for NOW TV and nine years within Sky’s Group Strategy team. Prior to joining Sky James worked at LEK Consulting in London and Melbourne offices.
